THE INSPECTION

ASSURANCE

LENGTH OF INSPECTION

A typical House Review inspection requires approximately 3 hours to complete.

WHAT IS INSPECTED

The foundation, structure, roof and roofing, exterior, interior, heating, cooling, electrical, plumbing, grade and drainage, and most other integral components of the building is visually inspected.

INSPECTION REPORT

A computer generated inspection report is custom-built while the inspection takes place. Digital photos of systems, installations and items of concern are also taken during the inspection. After the inspection is completed, the Report is packaged along with the photos and illustrations and emailed to the client. The Report also provides hundreds of additional, web based, information links describing the various systems and components in your home. This information is a valuable tool to assist home owners with the information they need to properly care for their homes. House Review's Reporting System is cutting edge technology utilizing web based tools. Undoubtedly this is by far the best Reporting System, delivering comprehensive, easy to read and understand, full color Inspection Reports. No others come close to this quality. Have a look yourself, press the Sample Report Tab and browse our sample.
